Course payments are not refundable in the event that you fail to complete the course or receive your attunement(s).

Once the course materials have been emailed to you, no change can be made to your order unless to add further courses or upgrade to a personalised to a personalised package. This option is available only until attunements are set up.

Course materials are sent within 24 hours of purchase. Attunements are set up within 2-7 days.

Course materials are issued by pdf format by email. All student support is via email.

Should you default on payment for an personalised course package, the balance minus any discounts applied, becomes due for immediate payment in full. Placing an order by email constitutes a legal arrangement.

Mayastar and Anna Louise May (Maya) are accredited; this accreditation extends to the course materials provided that are independently assessed for quality and assures the student my own credentials and written materials have been assessed too. This means certification issued is accredited as every Mayastar course is accredited. However, this accreditation applies to Mayastar and Maya (Anna May), so if you wish to teach and be accredited by the INHA, WMA or any other organisation, you would need to apply for this accreditation independently; Mayastar certification qualifies a person to attune others but it does not bequeath accreditation on behalf of another organisation.
